We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received by mail and telephone. If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We may request that you voluntarily supply us with personal information, including your email address, postal address, home or work telephone number and other personal information for such purposes as correspondence, placing an order, requesting an estimate, or participating in online surveys.
Personal Information You Choose to Provide. When you visit our website you may provide us with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis and website use information collected on an aggregate basis as you and others browse our website. This option is great if an anonymous donation is adequate. *Individual pantry donations can also come through our Donation drive-through open Mon-Sat, 12 p.m. This option is preferred if you are making donations for groups and you need us to weigh and track your donations. Pull in the reserved parking spot and someone will come to unload your donations. Look for the blue Pantry Donations"RESERVED" sign to drop off your food and necessity donations. The Caring Place takes Pantry Donations* Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday in the north parking lot of our 2000 Railroad location between 9 a.m. We record and track the weight of your organization's donations.Ĭontact Natalie Tucker at 51 or email her at to schedule your next Drive. The flyer will include the item you are collecting for The Caring Place. We will email you a flyer to customize with your organizational information before your Drive. Pantry Donations can be made during Food Pantry operating hours: Mon, Tues, Wed and Fri, 9 a.m. If you are delivering your donations to The Caring Place, please utilize our north parking lot at 2000 Railroad and park in the Pantry Donation "RESERVED" space with the blue sign.

To ensure we are filling the Food Pantry with the items we need most, we prefer assigning your group a particular item to collect during your Food or Necessity Drive.
